Our team of fully trained AV Technicians are our own staff, they know the venue better than anyone and they know their techy stuff too!

Technicians
Full Day AV Technician Hire – £275
No extra charge for weekend hire, no “out of office hours” charges and you’ll receive full pre-event support from your technician. They’ll provide you with background music and will assist your presenters and speakers throughout.
Audio Recording – £60.00 full day
(must be booked with an AV Technician)

Speaker Prep Room (Green Room) – £450.00 full day hire
Your Green Room includes room hire, prep room technician and 3 laptops for those final tweaks.
Add Video Streaming to another of our meeting rooms – Additional £800.00 full day
Includes live streaming from the theatre, relaxed seating area, unlimited tea and coffee and a selection of snacks.
Video Packages
Gold Package – £1300.00 full day
The presentation slides will be edited into a video recording of the day, with each talk provided as an individual video. Includes customised lower thirds and can include a tile page if desired, featuring sponsors and logos.
