The Manchester area, particularly the downtown shopping district, offers many shopping experiences along with dining and entertainment to take advantage of. Residents and tourists can visit many shops all year round in addition to many Christmas Markets that are operating in November and December each year.

Manchester Shopping – There are many shopping possibilities in the central Manchester area. Manchester Shopping – Travel: Visitors can arrive by car, by bus and train / Metrolink depending on your destination. Many shoppers will park at one of the Metrolink stations and travel downtown on the Metrolink. They can spend the day shopping and then enjoy a relaxing drink and meal at one of the local eateries near the markets.
